Sparrow Health System was founded in 1896 to care for the sick and injured of Lansing Michigan by a group of women with $400 and a desire to serve the community. The Business Problem
Sparrow was looking for a project management tool that would allow the 104 members of the IT department to keep track of all their projects in one place. With 180 active projects and a heavy operational load, Sparrow needed something that would centralize project management, facilitate collaboration, and give management visibility into every project and operational task.
Sparrow also needed something that would integrate with their Lawson Financial Management Software to keep track of time spent on projects and track operational time.

The Result
Sparrow was able to convert from a paper-based management system, using three different databases, to @task in a matter of weeks.
